    The site work on the Commercial portion of the property begins on or around September 17, barring any additional weather interruptions.

    You can expect to see the perimeter of the site cleared for the installation of erosion control devices, such as the silt fence.

    A silt fence is a temporary sediment control device used on construction sites to protect water quality in nearby streams, rivers, lakes and seas from sediment (loose soil) in stormwater runoff.





  • October 1, 2018 thru October 22, 2018
    Work begins on the storm water management facilities as well as additional grading work and further clearing of the site.

    Stormwater ponds capture, control and filter runoff from roofs, roads, and parking lots before it enters our streams. Stormwater ponds slow the flow of water, filter pollutants and improve stream health.



  • November 16, 2018
    The site work on the Ridgefield Village Drive Extension begins on or around November 16, barring weather interruptions.

    You can expect to see the perimeter of the site cleared for the installation of erosion control devices, such as the silt fence.

    The site work on the Residential portion of the property begins on or around October 15, barring weather interruptions.

    You can expect to see the perimeter of the site cleared for the installation of erosion control devices, such as the silt fence.
